1. Can I Buy Glasdon Products Online?

Yes. We offer a wide range of products for businesses across all industries and public sector organisations, with a vast majority of our products available to buy directly through our website.

Once you have selected your products and added the items to your basket, you will proceed to our secure checkout area where you will be presented with different options to complete your purchase online (please read on for more details).


2. Can I Get a Quote for a Glasdon Product?

Yes. We offer a number of ways for you to receive an official quote through our website.

Now you can receive an official quote direct to your inbox within minutes of your quote request.

Simply select the ‘Quick Quote’ button on your chosen product. Add as many different items to your quote as you need. Complete your details and press submit. You will receive an official Glasdon quote to the email address you have supplied.


  • Request a Quote

Where a product is not available to buy online, we always provide the option for you to request an official quote instead. From here you can provide more information about your requirements and a member of our customer service team will get back to you directly.


  • Email Quote

If your requirements are a little more complex or of a bespoke nature you can email us directly for a quote on enquiries@glasdon.ie. A member of our customer service team will get back to you directly.

And if you are happy with your quote and wish to proceed with the purchase you can complete your order online too.


3. Can I Chat to a Glasdon Specialist Online?

Yes. We offer a Live Chat facility on our website, so you can chat to a Glasdon expert online. Our Live Chat facility pops up ready for you to ask a question or request advice at any time during your visit.

If you visit our website out of office hours you can also leave a message through the live chat facility and a member of our customer service team will contact you soon.


4. Can I Pay for My Glasdon Order Online with a Credit Card?

Yes. Once you have selected your products and added the items to your basket, you will proceed to our secure checkout area.

From here you can complete your purchase by credit card. We accept any of the following cards:

5. Can I Set Up an Account for our Company with Glasdon?

Yes. If you are a new customer and want to open an account with us you can also do this online.

Once you have selected your products and added the items to your basket, you will proceed to our secure checkout area. From here you can select to:

Subject to approval this may provide you with 30-day credit terms.


6. Can I Pay Online Using an Existing Account with Glasdon?

Yes. If you have previously purchased from Glasdon then you can pay using this option.

Once you have selected your products and added the items to your basket, you will proceed to our secure checkout area. From here you can select to:

    Pay using an Existing Account

Subject to approval this may provide you with 30-day credit terms.


7. Can I Get a Pro Forma Invoice?

Yes. If you would like to receive an invoice in advance of the goods, you can request this on our website. Once the invoice is paid, the goods will be released for delivery.

Simply select the Pro Forma Invoice option when you go through the the secure checkout area.


8. Will I Get Free Delivery with my Glasdon Order?

Unless otherwise stated, our Standard Delivery on orders over €100 are free within Ireland.

Please be aware, any order totalling less than €100 will have a €10 + VAT delivery charge.
