We are constantly looking for ways to improve the quality of our products and service and as part of our responsibilities as an IS0 9001 certified company, we undertake regular customer satisfaction surveys.
We ask a sample of our customers each month to rate our performance in the handling of their sales order, delivery, product quality and after-sales service.

How do we achieve this?
Our commitment to customer service means that a fully trained team of sales representatives and technical staff is available to our customers for product demonstrations, enquiries and after sales service. For all our standard products, as far as possible, we aim to offer ex-stock delivery and the quickest possible lead time for bespoke orders. Products are carefully delivered by our drivers in our own fleet of delivery vehicles.
