Customer Service Update

As part of our commitment to ensuring our customers are satisfied with our products and service levels, as well as our responsibilities as an ISO9001 certified company, Glasdon UK regularly conducts customer satisfaction surveys.

We ask customers to rate our performance on a scale of 1-5 in up to five categories: how we handled their initial enquiry, delivery performance, product quality, after-sales care (if applicable) and overall satisfaction with the process.

This month, our customers gave us a 94.7% approval rating.
